Terms of service

By using this website or booking a GA Ride service, you agree to these terms.

The service

GA Ride LLC provides chauffeured transportation with licensed, insured drivers. Fares are quoted before each ride and include tolls and waiting time as stated in the quote.

Reservations

• Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before a scheduled pickup.
• Flight-tracked airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting time after landing.
• No-shows after 30 minutes of waiting are charged at the quoted rate.

Conduct

Passengers agree to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Our drivers may end a ride early if a passenger’s behavior endangers either, with the fare due for the distance covered.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA Ride LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to the fare paid for the ride in question.
